1. About Klynda & Eligibility

Klynda provides portfolio tracking and analytics. Company details and contact information are available on our Contact page.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration details, and keep your credentials secure. If you use Klynda on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts, Authentication & Security

You are responsible for activity on your account. If you sign in using an OAuth provider (e.g., Google), your use of that provider is subject to their terms.

Do not share your credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.

3. Acceptable Use

You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

You will not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; reverse engineer; or attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect violations, security risks, or misuse.

4. Your Data & Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including data received from OAuth providers (e.g., Google) and any usage analytics you have consented to.

You are responsible for data you upload or import. Do not submit data you do not have rights to share. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service.

5. Third-Party Services

Klynda may integrate with third-party services (including OAuth providers and market data providers). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, or changes they make.

6. No Investment Advice

Information, charts, analytics, or projections shown in Klynda are for general information only. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and we do not act as a broker, adviser, or fiduciary.

Your investment decisions (and any gains or losses) remain your responsibility. You should seek independent advice where appropriate.

7. Features, Availability, and Changes

Features may change over time. Beta or experimental functionality may be modified or withdrawn.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, and service interruptions may occur.

8. Fees & Billing (If Applicable)

Some features may be offered for a fee. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.

Any billing terms, renewal, and cancellation details will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the service, including software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

If you provide feedback, you grant us permission to use it to improve the service without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your investment decisions or reliance on information shown in the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, non-payment (if applicable), or legal requirement.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. Some provisions (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
